We are an independent, family owned and operated business now located in the heart of downtown on the historic Market Square mall. Our name comes from a description of our specialty, which is our famous, old-fashioned bread made long and broad like the steamboats or yesteryear! We bake our fantastic, fluffy bread fresh daily! Come in and try our delectable sandwiches, or satisfy your sweet tooth with one of our home made deserts, or a fresh squeezed, hand-shaken lemonade.
